What are your fees?
Our fee is 33% of your claim, with a minimum fee of £45 (depending on the claim).
How long will the process take?
Most claims up to 12 weeks, however during quieter times HMRC can process some claims quicker!
How many years can I back date a claim?
You can back date a claim for 4 years (subject to terms and conditions).
What if I have changed jobs, can I claim for a previous job?
Yes, you can claim for a previous job.
What documents do I need to send you?
All you need to send it the completed questionaire on our website and this will trigger your claim, we will contact you if we need any further information.
Do I need to claim each year?
HMRC will incorporate your job expenses into your tax code so you don’t need to claim each year. Although if anything changes regarding your work or expenses you must let us know.
How will I get paid?
You will receive your rebate via BACS.
What can I claim for?

For each friend you refer, you could be entitled to earn up to £50.
What if I am not due a tax refund?
Our caluclator will work this out for you, if you are not entitled to a refund it will tell you – but come back next year as you may be due one then.
What is the difference between a tax refund and a tax return?
Some taxpayers must compete an annual tax return based on their circumstances however most taxpayers can use the simplified Numero service to claim their tax back on eligible expenses or costs.
